Refund policy

Either path is fine: retry with the updated instructions, or return for a refund.

Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a brief reason (photos help, but they're not required). We'll reply with return instructions and an RMA number.

Used or unused bottles may be returned — tightly sealed, inside the original shipping pouch.

You pay return shipping. Original outbound shipping is not refundable. We do not provide prepaid return labels.

Once we receive the package, we refund the full product price to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
