We’re confident CYBERBRITE will restore your Cybertruck’s finish. If you’re not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

How it works:

Email us with your order number and a brief reason (photos of results are helpful but not required).

We’ll reply with return instructions and an RMA number.

Ship, used or unused, tightly sealed bottles, inside the original shipping pouch. Seal the pouch (and any unused accessories) back to us. You pay return shipping.

Once we receive it, we’ll refund the full product price to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping is non-refundable.

NOTE:

We reserve the right to decline refunds in cases of clear abuse or repeated returns from the same customer. Damaged or defective items shipped by us will be replaced or refunded at our expense. This guarantee does not affect your rights under applicable consumer laws.
